Moved to Cobalt

This site started off with basic HTML and CSS and no build step.

Now, I'm trying Cobalt, a blazingly fast static site generator written in Rust.

Some of the benefits include:

• Displaying the date and time a page or post was last published
• Automatic creation of a sitemap and news feed in both XML and JSON formats
• Reduction in duplicated markup

Styling remains courtesy of Pico CSS.
